Hello! I went to the Qatar Airways Tel Aviv Office recently to resolve a visa problem prior to traveling to Singapore. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and courteous the staff were. The attendant spoke perfect English, listened carefully to my problems, and explained the entire procedure with such kindness. It made a really worrisome situation so much more manageable. I departed the office with my schedule set and total peace of mind.
